What this site actually does
This page describes, in plain language, how belluxecleaning.ca currently works — without promises or legal terms we couldn't confirm. It will be updated if how the site works changes.
Your language, saved on your device
When you choose FR, ES or EN, that choice is kept only in your browser's local storage (localStorage), on that device. It is never sent to us and we have no access to it.
What you type in the form
The quote request fields (space type, postal code, details, name, contact information, etc.) stay in your browser. When you click "Prepare my request", the message is simply assembled on your screen — nothing is sent to a server at that point.
Sending only happens if you choose to: by clicking "Send by email" (which opens your own email app with the message already filled in) or by copying the text yourself. Belluxe only receives your request if you send it that way, or if you message us directly on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook — each governed by that tool's own privacy rules.
What we don't do (for now)
The site uses no audience-measurement tool, no advertising pixel and no tracking cookies. The only data kept locally is your language preference, described above.
